There is an abundance of delicious variations to drink well!
Here are 2 of my favorite:
You can start with a tea by steeping your 1 to 3 teaspoons of your lavender herb in warm to hot 3 ounces of water for 10 minutes. Strain and keep the herbs to the side if it is in flower form. Next add 3 ounces warm coconut milk/cream and a teaspoon of honey. Stir and drink.
You can also make it a hot cocoa tea by stirring in a tablespoon of cocoa or cacao powder.
Make a sweet smoothie by bringing it all to the blender including the flowers with 1 ripe banana. Blend until smooth, enjoy!

The question is: How to use coconut milk at home on my skin?
This spring make a coconut cream mask to hydrate and exfoliate. It is simple and feels like heaven on your skin. First you are going to blend 2 ounces of raw organic sugar (demerara) and 2 ounces organic oats together until smooth. (Oat flour is okay if it is organic and pure with no added ingredients.) Next you will blend 4 ounces coconut milk into the mixture. It will be thick. Scoop mixture into a storage bowl. Gently stir in 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 30 drops of pure lavender oil. Cover with the lid until ready to use.
Apply liberally to warm skin and massage upwards. Let sit. Steam it while you are in the shower or tub. Add some to your bath water.
Refrigerate mixture within 24 hours to keep it fresh. Avoid use on boys and men.
